Today Camilla had her 2 month check-up. That meant two shots and a little cocktail to ward off rotovirus. I've never really been bothered by the shot visits, but today was horrible! She had little tears welling up in her eyes for the first time, and I just started bawling. Thankfully she doesn't seem to hold me responsible, but Daddy might have to come next time for moral support.

First Toy
This post is if just for you, Jessica. I apologize for not posting pictures of your adorable niece last time around. :) Camilla has started to 'notice' toys. She doesn't grab for them yet, but at least she doesn't just stare at walls all day long. She has always liked having her mouth wiped with a soft burp cloth (we think she spits up intentionally sometimes so we'll clean her up). Recently I pulled out this little blanket I made with a soft fleece side and a smooth velvety side and different textures of ribbon around the edges. She LOVES it! She'll grab it and pull it up to her face so she can feel the fabric on her mouth and tongue.

What a cute cuddly toy! I would love to see all of the great things you have made for Camilla. You are so good at crafts.
Shots are so hard! One of the lucky things about not being in nyc is Sky has always been able to hold Savannah for her shots. At the hospital I took her down to the nursery by myself for her shots while Sky was asleep and I knew after that that I would not be doing that again if I could help it :) Take advantage of Mark having the flexibility while you can!
Oh poor baby. If only we could tell them how good it is to be immunized. What were her measurements?
Wow, a pist just for me! Thank you! She us as adorable forever. And you are insanely talented. You might have to give me some tips on things to make for our baby :)
