Camilla was really excited to have a new ball to play with. I almost didn't have the heart to cut this sucker up.
However, I think she enjoyed the watermelon almost as much when it was cut into tiny pieces and placed before her to smoosh to her heart's content. She ate about a quarter of this thing all by herself. She gobbled it up so delightedly that we just kept giving her more. (And yes, it turned out to not be the best idea when the next morning came, but it was worth it.)

Ha ha. I laughed out loud when you wrote that you almost didn't have the heart to cut it up. I think you did the right thing though!
Haha she really had a fun time with the "ball". Looked a little to heavy though! :)
Oh my gosh so cute, I'll have to try that with Leila, Tale didn't like watermelon but my little eater might love it. I laughed when you said the next morning wasn't such a good idea. ha!
